Thank you for shopping at the Azdome Official Store. We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if ever you item need for repair, we will be happy to assist you. Azdome Official owned offers an 18-months warranty periods (no included extended warranty) to products that meet the following conditions:
- the product has been used in a normal manner and does not show any signs of external damage during the stated warranty period.
- modified or altered in any way beyond the recommendations provided in the official product guide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
