  • Without any external damage, disassembly, modification, or addition beyond.
  • Recommended in the official product guide, and no accidental damage has occurred.
  • Valid proof of purchase.


  • Products purchased from a Third-Party.
  • Damage caused by general use or aging.
  • Serial number has been removed or smeared.
  • Suffers damage from dropping or water damage.
  • Damage result of the major incident or natural catastrophe.
  • Incorrect usage of battery packs and chargers resulted issue.
  • Repaired without being authorized and included in the official product manual cause damage.
  • Consumables such as batteries or protective coatings may wear down over time.


  1. Product Repair or Replacement: In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered by this warranty, AZDOME Official will, at its discretion, either repair the dashcam or provide a replacement unit of similar or superior specifications.

  2. Shipping Fees: AZDOME Official will cover the shipping fees for sending the defective dashcam to our facility for repair or replacement during the warranty period.
    Additionally, we will cover the shipping fees for sending the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer's address.


  1. Physical Damage: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the dashcam, such as scratches on the casing or general deterioration of appearance.
  3. Third-Party Accessories: This warranty does not extend to accessories or components not manufactured by AZDOME Official.
  4. Loss of Data: AZDOME Official is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair or replacement. Customers are advised to back up any data stored on the dashcam before sending it in for service.


For a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn,
unopened, labeled, and in its original packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.

  If the return is initiated by the consumer, you will be responsible for shipping costs according to the courier service chosen.

  If you return the item within 14 days of receipt, we will issue you a full refund.
