How to know dashcam is recording?
The dashcam auto start recording directly connect with the power supply.
Usual LCD / IPS Screen will meet one of the following three specifications.
- Record number starting at 00:00:00
- Red dot twinkle / flashing red dot
- Flashing in red lights
- Or both of these tips
Screenless dashcam will get a prompting sound.
- Start up prompting sound
- Lighting will turn to green / blue
* Different model of dashcam have different prompt signs *
What is the function of red / blue light indicator?
Light indicator is a visual indicator that the system in use.
Different light indicator have different meanings.
- Red light indicator - Recording
- Blue light indicator - Power On
* Not every dashcam has is light indicator. *
Is this plug and play?
Yes, the dashcam will auto start recording directly connect with the power supply / cigarette plug.
What is ADAS?
Our ADAS (AVANCED DRIVING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM) is a passive assistance system. Make it your to sublimate to a better safety reminder system.
Two main safety system functions:
- Lane Departure Reminder (LDWS)
- Front Collision Warning (FCW)
Lane Departure Reminder (LDWS)
It's detects line marking on the road surface and warns the driver of unintentional lane departures.
Front Collision Warning (FCW)
Auto detect the Calculates the distance to the object in front, if get close enough will start warning alarm and displays a visual alert, prompting the driver to apply the brake.

The Dashcam have night vision?
Yes, our all dashcam equipped with a super night vision with high image signal processing technology sensor record a clear and visible video when in low light conditions.
How to make it so that the screen will always display and not switch off?
You need go to settings LCD power save function.
Settings > LCD Power Save > Select OFF (Default)
Why dashcam keep switch on and off?
You need to check the settings if the LCD power save or power save function have be selected.
LCD Power Save - OFF (Default)/1min/2mins/3mins
- OFF (Default) - Always ON
- 1 Min (Turn off the LCD screen after 1 min)
- 2 Mins (Turn off the LCD screen after 2 mins)
- 3 Mins (Turn off the LCD screen after 3 mins)
After select this function, the dashcam will automatically turns off the LCD screen.
Power Save - OFF (Default)/1min/2mins/3mins
- OFF (Default) - Always ON
- 1 Min (Turn off the Dashcam after 1 min)
- 2 Mins (Turn off the Dashcam after 2 mins)
- 3 Mins (Turn off the Dashcam after 3 mins)
After turned on this function. When the camera will stay idle, it will automatically turn off.
Does dashcam have parking assist line?
Have some dashcam available parking assist line (parking assist line wire), please connect to a reversing lamp positive lead.

Why my dashcam screen become black after few seconds?
Please check the settings if the LCD power save or power save function have be selected.
LCD Power Save - OFF (Default) / 1min / 2mins / 3mins
- OFF (Default) - Always ON
- 1 Min (Turn off the LCD screen after 1 min)
- 2 Mins (Turn off the LCD screen after 2 mins)
- 3 Mins (Turn off the LCD screen after 3 mins)

Where to install dashcam / rearcam?
We have 40 official installation location and available door to door installation services.
Is this the price include installation?
NO, you will need to pay an additional installation fee.

May I connect to USB plug rather than using cigarette plug?
- If the cable adapter is built-in vehicle, please connect it according to the power supply voltage of the dashcam.
- Recommend use our specially configured cigarette plug.
What do red wire connect to?
The red wire (parking assist line wire) is connect to a reversing lamp positive lead.
Once all plugs are connected. Try to turn on the ignition switch, shift the gear to reverse. If wired connected correctly; the rear camera will auto appear the reverse parking assist system.

Does products have warranty?
Yes, usually our dashcams and hardwire kits come with a free 12-month warranty.
Does product have warranty card?
Unfortunately we don't have warranty card. The only we can backtrack the digital-warranty based on your date received the parcel.

The warranty things we do not cover
- Product damage caused by Physical Damage or Human Damage.
- Consumable items (e.g. : batteries etc.)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Purchases made over the warranty period.
- Non quality-related issues. (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products & giveaway prize.
After claim warranty, I need to pay the shipping fee?
Upon you received the parcel in warranty period, the 2-way shipping fees through standard delivery covered by Azdome.
When does the warranty period start?
The warranty start is from the date you received the parcel.
What is a valid proof of purchase?
After the order is complete, you can view the invoice in the order details.
Will I receive an invoice after purchase extended warranty?
Can, just need to purchase the Azdome product and add on the extended warranty upon checkout.
After purchase the product, can I purchase the extended warranty separately?
NO, the extended warranty only be added at the time of purchase, CANNOT purchased separately.
Can the extended warranty cover more than one product?
NO, An extended warranty can only be used on ONE dash cam.
(Kindly add on 2 Extended Warranty, if you buy 2 dash cam)
Will warranty be renewed if my product was replaced?
It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
When claim warranty, it's replaced the new product?
100% NEW REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.
We guarantee ONE to ONE replacement for spoiled unit, excluded Physical Damage or Human Damage.
How do I claim the warranty?
Please provide the order number or any information purchase form our official platform.
We will check and replace a new unit for you if the unit spoiled.
