  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The product has been used in a normal manner and does not show any signs of external damage during the stated warranty period.
  • Modified or altered in any way beyond the recommendations provided in the official product guide.
